NextPatient's Zoom integration is available to customers of NextPatient.

How it Works

Once a provider's NextPatient account is linked to their Zoom account, a Zoom meeting will be created automatically every time a video visit is booked with that provider.

To integrate with Zoom, you'll need to have a NextPatient login.

Once you've logged into NextPatient and you're in an office, choose "profile" in the upper right corner

If you haven't yet connected to Zoom before, you'll see:

Click Link with your Zoom Account.

On the next page, Zoom will confirm that you want to give us access to your Zoom account. Accept and continue.

Next you'll see a page listing all linked Zoom accounts for your practice:

A NextPatient account can have multiple providers, each with their own Zoom account.

Next, go to Settings > Providers, then choose Edit next to the appropriate provider and choose the correct Zoom account.

Once linked, whenever a video appointment is booked for this provider, a meeting will be added to that provider's Zoom calendar.

To stop using Zoom for this provider, edit the provider and choose the (blank) option.
